Pre-payments are accepted only for large jobs or custom orders, and must be agreed upon before scheduling. Some visits may require a down payment on the costs of parts, which will be discussed during scheduling.
Payment is due upon receipt or completion of services. We accept payment immediately after the job is completed, either at the vehicle location or online if requested. This ensures smooth scheduling and fair service for all our customers.
Payment Methods on the spot include Cash. Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, & Apple Pay 4have a 5% FEE

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees, and we do our best to accommodate reschedules depending on technician availability. This allows us to plan service calls fairly and maintain prompt, reliable service for all customers.
We’re a mobile business — we come to you, whether you're at home, work, or roadside. To keep things fair and efficient, we have a simple policy based on your location. Providence, and surrounding cities, are our standard service area. If you are located in those cities or towns, you will not have to pay a traveling fee. Other cities in Rhode Island will have a $25-$40 Traveling Fee depending on distance and commute. Travel fees are included in your invoice and must be paid along with service charges.
Certain services require materials beyond labor, such as brake fluid, gaskets, clips, and lubricants. These consumables are charged separately and included in your estimate so there are no surprises. Specialty tools or equipment required for unique jobs may also incur a small additional fee. Disposal of used fluids or materials is handled responsibly and included in the overall cost.
All labor performed by MM Mobile Auto is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated at the time of repair. This ensures that the work we complete is done correctly and gives customers peace of mind knowing that any labor-related issues directly resulting from our service will be addressed promptly.
Parts purchased through MM Auto are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We understand that some customers prefer to supply their own parts, and we are happy to install customer-provided components when feasible. However, please note that we cannot warranty customer-supplied parts. If the part is incorrect, defective, or fails to perform as intended, labor charges still apply. Additionally, we cannot guarantee performance or fitment for parts that are not purchased through us, and the customer is responsible for any additional labor or replacement parts required if issues arise.
For customers requesting used parts or budget-friendly options, no warranty is offered unless the supplier provides one. We will only install used parts if we believe they are safe and suitable for the vehicle. Our warranty does not cover pre-existing issues unrelated to the repair, future problems caused by unrelated failures, wear-and-tear items (such as tires, brake pads, fluids, or filters), or damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper maintenance. This ensures our guarantees remain fair and focused on the repairs we perform.
For certain services, safe and reliable access to electricity is required. The customer must be able to provide a standard household electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the vehicle. This outlet may be used to power essential equipment such as diagnostic tools, lighting, air compressors, or light-duty welding equipment when necessary. If adequate electrical access is not available, service may be limited, rescheduled, or subject to additional accommodations to ensure the job can be completed safely and properly.
